Mijn tekening van de Perseïden van afgelopen augustus staat in het oktobernummer van het Britse tijdschrift Astronomy Now! In dit maandblad schrijft Jeremy Perez in een vaste rubriek over tekenen van astronomische onderwerpen. Deze maand legt hij uit hoe je een meteorenregen kan tekenen en hij heeft o.a. mijn tekening als voorbeeld gebruikt. Supergaaf!

I was looking for Perseids sketches on Google for inspiration and was immediately drawn to your sketch in the ‘Spectacular Perseids’ article. It is absolutely amazing and truly spectacular!
I am currently developing an open-source Eurorack module called ‘Perseids’ (GitHub: https://github.com/xof-112/perseids/). The current design is just a work in progress, and the rather boring 3D-printed faceplate will soon be replaced by a clean acrylic one.
It would be a huge honor if I could use a laser-simplified version of your sketch for this new faceplate. A basic layout for the buttons and encoders already exists, but no artwork yet. If you are generally open to the idea, I would love to create a first mockup including your sketch for your approval.
Please note that this is strictly non-commercial and just for my personal build, although I will share the source files for the open-source community to recreate. Naturally, I would fully credit you and your artwork on GitHub and in my YouTube jam videos (just starting the channel, no big audience yet, but connected to the Hamburg modular scene).
I hope this isn’t too strange of a request. Please let me know what you think—and I completely understand if you would prefer me not to use it.
